Refunds Policy
Trials and Refunds - Trials and refunds are not provided (except for special promotional offers) however businesses can participate in our Satisfaction Guarantee Program whereby they can request a full refund if they are not satisfied with the service following 90 days (see next paragraph).
Satisfaction Guarantee Program
Purchase an express pack and if after 90 days you are not satisfied with the results, you will receive a full refund.
To qualify:
- Customers must purchase the express pack using our standard payment conditions (Credit Card or Invoice 30 Days).
- Products and services must be relevant to the chosen audience.
- Customers must have been in operation for 3 or more years.
We request customers contact us within 14 days following the 90-day satisfaction period should they wish to request a refund.
